Return & Exchange Policy

  NO RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY: 

At our company, we are committed to ensure that every order lives up to your expectations. But, by any chance if you receive a defective garment, encounter any sizing issues or if the garment delivered is different from what you had ordered we are happy to facilitate an exchange for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to address any concerns promptly and effectively.

  1. Orders once placed cannot be Cancelled since we begin work as soon as we receive them.
  2. Items must be in unused, original condition with no damage or marks on the product. They should also include the original tags, label, and box in which they were delivered.

PLEASE NOTE : It is mandatory to record a video while unboxing your package so that if you receive any damaged product it could be easily exchanged. 

SIZE EXCHANGE:

For size exchange, please make sure that the product is unused and the tag is intact. Kindly raise the request within 5 days of receiving the delivery. Once the request is raised, we will arrange for a pick-up of the product and proceed with creating a fresh piece in the new required size. As soon as the new product is ready, it will be dispatched to you promptly.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE:

In case of  receiving a damaged product complaint should be raised within 12 HOURS after the product has been delivered at your doorstep with mandatory picture or video of the damaged garment. Exchange will not be accepted if the complaint is made beyond the allotted period or if the video of the damaged garment is not sent or clear.
